IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

* EARLY REGISTRATION INCENTIVE DEADLINE is May 1st
Deduct $25 from your total if registered on or before this date

* REGISTRATION DEADLINE is JUNE 15TH.
Late registrations will be accepted if space is available in your week of choice.

* Family reduction
Three or more immediate family members (parent/children relationship) attending camp together can deduct $50 per person.

Instruction only: $440
Instruction with lunch: $468

Instruction with all meals and trailer rental: $570

Two Day Beginner Guitar Classes

Instruction only: $225
Instruction with lunch: $239
Instruction with lunch and dinner: $259

For person(s) accompanying participants:
Meal prices are: $70 per person per four day session
$50 per child under 10 yrs
$40 per child under 5 yrs

* Cost of individual meals are $3 - Breakfast, $7 - Lunch, $10 - Dinner

Airport pick-up and return - $40 each way

DEPOSIT
Deposit of 50% of total required to hold reservation. Remainder of fee due upon arrival to camp. Fully refundable if cancellation prior to June 15th. Half of your deposit will be withheld if reservation cancelled less than four weeks prior to date of your arrival (instructors are hired based on number of participants).

Guardian
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Ages 12 and 13 can be at camp without a parent/guardian during the day but must either have a parent/guardian pick them up each evening or stay on site with them at night. Adolescents 14 and older can attend camp without a parent/guardian, however, we urge parents/guardians of all children under 18 to accompany them if possible. All parents/guardians must be aware that there are no "camp counselors" (that provide the constant supervision that counselors do in a traditional camp setting) and release responsibility of the Pelletier Guitar Camp in the event of accident or illness.
